I have been signed up to the SQLpassion newsletter from Klaus Aschenbrenner for a long time. There are a whole load of quick training videos on his website covering lots of areas and a great performance tuning training plan that is delivered for free over 6 months via a weekly email. Really like this approach as it is a manageable approach to taking in the new material while busy.
